- My size is sold out. What can I do now?
Once an item is sold out, it will usually not return to our webshop. There is a chance that one of our points of sale still has it in stock. Contact us and we will look it up for you!
- How do I know my size?
You can find a size guide in the product descriptions. Still in doubt? Contact us for information about the fit of an item and we will do our best to find the right size for you. Most of our items are also made to fit with different sizes.
- Where can I try on an item?
We have several points of sale in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland Austria and North-Italy. Click here to visit the store locator to find a store near you.
- When can I expect my order?
We usually ship orders on weekdays placed before 5 pm on the same day. After shipment generally applies:

- Can I track my order?
When your package has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking code by email to track your order.
- Which payment methods are available?
IDeal, Creditcard, Maestro, Visa, PayPal, Amex, Giropay, American Express, MasterCard, SOFORT banking, Cartes Bancaires, Sustainable Fashion Gift Card.
- How do I use a discount code?
When you are at the checkout on our website, there is an option to fill in a discount code. The discount will be settled immediately.
- How do I pay with a gift card?
You can use the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card on our webshop and in our store. To use it on our webshop, choose the SFGC as a payment method at checkout. Fill in the code that is on your card and the amount will be settled immediately.
- To which countries do you ship?
We ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and North-Italy
- When can I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days if it is not worn or damaged.
- How can I return an item?

- How do I know if you received my return?
You will receive an email from us when your refund has been issued.
- How long does it take before I get back my purchase amount?
As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will issue your refund. Depending on your bank or payment method, this usually takes one business day.
- Can I also exchange an item?
You can always exchange an item for another size. Fill in your preferred size at the return form and we will send it to you as soon as we receive your return.
- How does your clothing return-program work?
We are on our way to a complete circular approach. We want to close the loop and bring all old Elements of Freedom items back into our production process so we can make something new out of it. You can hand in your old item in our Brand Store, or you can send it to us. You will receive a discount in return.
- There is something wrong with my order/item. What now?
We create our collections with the highest quality, but an accident can always happen. Because we believe that clothing should last, please contact us if there is a problem with an item so we can find a solution.
